1. General Terms

1.1 By availing services at B.L.K Max ("Hospital"), pet owners ("Clients") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Hospital reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Appointments & Consultations

2.1 Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
2.2 Clients must arrive on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes may require rescheduling.
2.3 The Hospital reserves the right to refuse service for aggressive pets or non-compliance with safety protocols.

3. Treatment & Medical Care

3.1 The Hospital will provide medical care to pets based on professional veterinary standards.
3.2 Clients must disclose full medical history and any known allergies before treatment.
3.3 In case of emergency, the Hospital may administer necessary treatments without prior approval if the owner is unreachable.
3.4 The Hospital is not responsible for adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

4. Vaccination & Health Requirements

4.1 All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations before receiving non-emergency treatments.
4.2 Proof of vaccinations may be required upon request.
4.3 The Hospital reserves the right to refuse service to pets with contagious diseases unless it is an emergency.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 All services are chargeable as per the Hospital's pricing structure.
5.2 Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
5.3 Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit/debit cards, insurance, etc.].
5.4 A deposit may be required for surgeries or long-term treatments.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

6.1 Clients must provide at least 5 hours' notice for cancellations.
6.2 No-show appointments may incur a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.

7. Hospitalization & Boarding

7.1 Pets admitted for hospitalization will receive necessary medical care as per the veterinarian's assessment.
7.2 Clients must provide emergency contact details.
7.3 The Hospital is not liable for unexpected complications arising from pre-existing conditions.

8. Liability & Indemnification

8.1 The Hospital is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or deaths resulting from unforeseen medical complications.
8.2 Clients agree to indemnify the Hospital from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their pet's behavior or pre-existing conditions.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 The Hospital collects and stores personal information for medical records and service improvement.
9.2 Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Any disputes should first be addressed with Hospital management for resolution.
10.2 Legal action, if necessary, shall be pursued in accordance with [State/Country] laws.
