Professional, helpful, they call often and check in on my little Lily after her procedure. They were very descriptive with their findings and what should be done to help her heal what was ailing her. Would very much recommend. I don't have photos of while we were there so instead you get my little girl after her procedure.

I cannot say enough about the care that our Bella received last night at the hospital. She had developed, what we thought, was a urinary blockage. Turns out it was an infection, and after lab work, we were given meds and sent home. What truly impressed me was the compassion and care other pets were shown, some far worse than Bella. If you're told 4-6 hours of waiting, it will be. You are given an estimate up-front, and the actual cost could be more or, in our case, less. If emergency care is needed, I would highly recommend Cornell Companion Animal Hospital, especially if your primary vet is not available. Thank you for all you do!

I don’t fill out a lot of reviews but the above and beyond service of the staff at Cornell Animal Hospital needs to be recognized. I had to bring my doggo in one night to the ER and from the first phone call I knew I made the right choice going here. My dog had to stay multiple days and they called like clock work twice a day to give me updates. Then when I went to pick him up we unfortunately found his tumor had come back. So then I had to interact with the oncology team which was just a continuation of the amazing service I received in the ER. The oncology team was caring and empathetic as they explained our options. Also they got my dog in quicker than anticipated and again was super informative with everything they were finding. Finally came the last time I had to bring my dog in. Unfortunately, my dogs tumor ruptured and we had to go back into the ER where I had to decide to let my doggo go. They gave me so much time and space with my dog and I never felt rushed. The vet sitting with me even asked me to tell her stories about diesel and was SO NICE in such a hard time. So then I thought that would be the end of my interaction with the hospital but I have since received multiple cards from the hospital, the different departments, and the hand written notes were so touching. They have sent resources for people who have lost pets and even invited us to a memorial for pets that have been lost recently. It’s never easy when you have to decide to say good bye to your fur babies, but I couldn’t imagine doing it anywhere else. Thank you sincerely to the whole staff. Diesel was in such great hands and I will forever be grateful for my experiences there. Thank you thank you

I brought my little IZZY in for a regular appointment! While in the room going over things the tech looked at Izzy and knew something wasn’t right he asked me if he could take him to be checked out I said of course ! I knew he wasn’t feeling well BUT next thing I knew they was rushing him across the hall to the EMERGENCY CLINIC . After examining Izzy they brought me in a room said he’s critical and needs to be hospitalized at least 3-5 days I replied whatever it takes of course. She assured me that they will be in touch twice a day with updates so I felt not ok but no choice but to leave him . They were very accommodating on letting me see and love him before I left for my 3.5 hours drive home . Not even an hour into my drive I got the call that his heart has stopped and that they were doing CPR 💔 . I was so hysterical screaming NO I couldn’t even process what she was telling me I guess I hung up not to sure but she called me back minutes later said they have been doing CPR for 10 minutes and that he has a faint pulse but things are not looking good . So I decided to let him go i couldn’t let him suffer . I Never thought in a million years I wasn’t going to be taking him home that day . ILL MISS YOU FOREVER IZZY . 🐾 ♥️ Thank you everyone who tried to save his life . ❤️ And thank you for petting and comforting him while he passed since I couldn’t be there 💔
