Professional, helpful, they call often and check in on my little Lily after her procedure. They were very descriptive with their findings and what should be done to help her heal what was ailing her. Would very much recommend. I don't have photos of while we were there so instead you get my little girl after her procedure.

I don’t fill out a lot of reviews but the above and beyond service of the staff at Cornell Animal Hospital needs to be recognized. I had to bring my doggo in one night to the ER and from the first phone call I knew I made the right choice going here. My dog had to stay multiple days and they called like clock work twice a day to give me updates. Then when I went to pick him up we unfortunately found his tumor had come back. So then I had to interact with the oncology team which was just a continuation of the amazing service I received in the ER. The oncology team was caring and empathetic as they explained our options. Also they got my dog in quicker than anticipated and again was super informative with everything they were finding. Finally came the last time I had to bring my dog in. Unfortunately, my dogs tumor ruptured and we had to go back into the ER where I had to decide to let my doggo go. They gave me so much time and space with my dog and I never felt rushed. The vet sitting with me even asked me to tell her stories about diesel and was SO NICE in such a hard time. So then I thought that would be the end of my interaction with the hospital but I have since received multiple cards from the hospital, the different departments, and the hand written notes were so touching. They have sent resources for people who have lost pets and even invited us to a memorial for pets that have been lost recently. It’s never easy when you have to decide to say good bye to your fur babies, but I couldn’t imagine doing it anywhere else. Thank you sincerely to the whole staff. Diesel was in such great hands and I will forever be grateful for my experiences there. Thank you thank you

I can not say enough good things about Cornell Animal Hospital. They did emergency surgery on my shepherd mix for an obstruction. Zoey is very anxious and had to stay there for few days to recover. Courtney, who was taking care of her, was amazing and so patient with her. She called to keep us updated and was very thorough. We are so thankful they saved Zoey’s life 😊 thank you Courtney and staff!!!

Our beloved little girl Essie Jay passed away on Aug. 23 of this year. She had an incurable anemia (IMHA) and from the moment we pulled into the driveway we and she were treated with the utmost respect and care. A wonderful vet tech (wish we knew who she was) scooped her up and took her right in. We were called very quickly to come back where the Doctor (wish I knew her name too) laid out all of our options. When she went back to check on Essie, she came back and told us she was passing away on her own. We wanted no heroic measures and within 3 minutes she was gone. We spent quite a few minutes with Essie, and of course we were in shock... she was only 6. Everyone at the hospital were so kind and understanding. They had seen her anemia several times and the outlook was always grim. We live in Watertown NY and while the drive home was empty without her, we will NEVER be able to thank those angels at Cornell... and we will continue to take our remaining 3 pups there if any need arises.. Thank you from Pat and Linda Fields and Essie's brothers, York, Yuppie and Elton John
